  •   DGQ-C series intelligent soft start control device is specially designed for the start and stop of low-voltage asynchronous motors of different powers in various industries. The device control system takes DSP as the control core, adopts motor control algorithm theory and power electronic technology, realizes the device's full digital automatic control, so that it has strong anti-interference ability and will not cause trouble-free shutdown. In order to increase the applicability and convenience of the device, the system has designed AC contactor bypass operation and local operation mode without AC contactor to choose from. In the starting mode, it has voltage ramp starting, current limiting starting and other methods. The stop mode has free stop, soft stop, and brake to choose from, which can adapt to the control needs of various load motors.

      DGQ-C series intelligent soft start control device can set different starting and stopping parameters for different load types, and start the motor with the best starting effect. Normally, the starting current of the motor is controlled at about three times the rated current. And the device also has complete protection functions such as phase failure, locked rotor, current imbalance, overvoltage, undervoltage, short circuit, and overheat protection. It not only effectively protects the motor, prolongs the service life of the load system and the motor, but also eliminates the impact on the factory power grid when the motor starts.

    •   The solid-state soft starter is composed of a control system composed of CPU as the management center and ASIC application-specific integrated circuit as the core, and electronic components such as thyristors (SCRs). The microprocessor sends "trigger" pulses to the trigger poles of six thyristors. In order to control the conduction angle of the thyristor, the output voltage and current of the thyristor are controlled by the phase angle of the "trigger" pulse. Therefore, the output voltage of the thyristor can be controlled by a microprocessor, and the output voltage of the thyristor can be slowly increased from zero to full voltage, so that the motor The speed is increased from zero to the rated speed to realize the soft start of the motor.

        ◆Using Harvard bus and integrated design to reduce system connections, DSP chip production process adopts SMT chip technology, and the whole machine has been subjected to high temperature aging and vibration experiments before leaving the factory to ensure reliable product quality;

        ◆With a variety of starting methods, the voltage ramp starting method can get the best output torque; the constant current starting method can limit the maximum starting current, but the starting time is slightly longer. The specific method can be selected according to the site conditions;

        ◆Has complete protection functions: twelve protections such as phase loss, starting overcurrent, running overload, underload, overheating and too long starting time; and has the function of saving power off and character prompting to find the cause of the fault;

        ◆ With free parking, soft parking and brake braking and other parking methods to choose from. The input and output control points can be programmed on-site according to the needs to meet the needs of different occasions;

        ◆The starting current multiple, starting time, starting voltage and other parameters can be adjusted according to different loads to reduce starting loss and achieve the best starting effect, smoothly starting the motor and dragging the load;

        ◆With RS-485 communication function and 0-20mA standard analog current output, the system and the host computer can carry out two-way communication to adapt to the monitoring of peripheral equipment;
