1, system centralized control
The centralized control system includes subsystems such as the monitoring system of each water intake pumping station, water treatment system, and pipe network monitoring system. The subsystems are interconnected to form a unified urban water supply dispatching system.
1) Pumping station monitoring system
Pumping station monitoring is suitable for remote monitoring and management of urban pumping stations. It is composed of monitoring center, communication platform, remote monitoring and control terminal of pumping station, metering measurement and camera equipment. Pump station management personnel can remotely monitor the working status of the grid machine in the station, the water level of the sewage tank, the working status of the lifting pump group, the outgoing flow, the concentration of harmful gases in the pool, etc. in the monitoring center of the pump station management office; support manual, automatic, and remote control Start and stop of grille machine, exhaust fan and lift pump. 2) Water treatment system
Water treatment includes coagulation, precipitation, filtration, disinfection and other technological processes. After the raw water is lifted by the water intake pump room, add coagulant and stir it fully to form flocs and enter the sedimentation tank; the flocs formed in the coagulation stage are separated by gravity in the sedimentation tank; after sedimentation, the water is removed by filtration The suspended particles of the water clarify the water; after the water is filtered, it is disinfected through the dosing reaction to make the water quality meet the standard requirements, and then sent to the urban pipe network through the water pumping station.
The water treatment system automatically controls the lifting pumps, pipeline valves, dosing pumps, etc. in the above process, and monitors water quality, flow, pressure and other parameters in real time, and adjusts the control parameters to make the entire process run automatically and reliably to ensure that the water quality is qualified. .
3) Pipe network monitoring system
The tap water pipe network monitoring system is a subsystem of the water supply dispatching management system of the water department, which is mainly composed of the water department dispatching center, communication platform, monitoring terminal, pressure transmitter and flow meter.
The pipe network monitoring system detects the pressure, flow rate, flow direction, water quality of the water supply pipe network measurement points, the factory flow rate of each water plant, the factory pressure, the working status of each pressure pump, the water supply pump, and the water level of each storage pool; remote control of each The start and stop of water pumps, the opening and closing of valves, etc.; auxiliary prediction and discovery of pipe burst accidents; provision of auxiliary decision-making suggestions.

The water pumps in the water supply industry generally start infrequently, and soft start equipment such as water resistance, electromagnetic voltage regulation, high-pressure solid state, etc. can complete the starting process well. Among them, the GSDQ water resistance soft starter has low cost, but it is large in size and troublesome to maintain. It needs to be filled with water regularly, and is not suitable for occasions that require frequent starting; GGQ high pressure solid state soft starter is small in size, maintenance-free, and can be started multiple times in a row , But because the power electronic devices are directly connected to the main circuit, the reliability is relatively low; the GDCQ electromagnetic voltage-regulating soft starter has moderate volume, maintenance-free, high reliability, and can be started multiple times in succession, which is suitable for high reliability Occasions. 2) Start-up energy saving of low-pressure water pump
Various types of low-pressure water pumps play an important role in regulating flow during the water treatment process and ensuring the smooth progress of the water treatment process. We recommend using low-voltage frequency converters for variable frequency control of various water pump motors. On the one hand, energy saving is obvious, and on the other hand, flow control can be achieved by controlling the speed of the water pump through frequency conversion.
