On the morning of the 6th, all attendees of the company first went to the Red Army Square in Jinzhai and held a solemn flower basket laying ceremony in front of the Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Tower, reviewing their oath of joining the Party; Visited the cemetery of Red Army martyrs; Visited the Revolutionary Museum; Deeply realizing the tragic revolutionary history of "one inch of mountains and rivers, one inch of blood, one handful of hot soil, one handful of soul"; In the evening, I listened to a party lecture titled "The Spirit of the Dabie Mountains and Its Contemporary Value" by Professor Deng Zhenglin from Anhui Jinzhai Cadre College (Dabie Mountain Red Culture Research Center).     All the workers of Dayu commemorated the revolutionary martyrs, admired their predecessors, felt the hardships of the revolution, and their spirit was sublimated and baptized.

In the afternoon, all employees also held an expansion activity that combines fun and inspiration, from which they gained various insights. Some employee representatives also gave speeches.

The company's executives and marketing system respectively made reports on organizational structure reform, market change evaluation and analysis, manufacturing and supply chain, human resources, and financial internal control optimization, clearly pointing out the problems in the operation and proposing rectification plans, proposing the focus of work in the second half of the year and the ideas and response strategies for achieving the annual business goals, pointing out the direction for the company's business development in the second half of the year and laying the foundation for fully achieving the annual goals.

Li Guojun, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Secretary of the Party Committee, pointed out the urgent business problems that the company needs to solve through the analysis of financial data and the international and domestic environment in the first half of the year.
